Great ritual of the Bardo, for the liberation of the beings in the Intermediate State, between two lives. It allows to enter in touch with Mandala of the pacific and irritated deities preparing ourselves for these periods of crisis that we all have to pass. The practice of Chö was introduced in Tibet in the 12th century by Machig Labdrön, one of the greatest teachers who have seen the country of the snow. The feature of this practice consists in cutting the root of all the ties that are limitating and chaining us to the samsara, through the offering of our own body.
